NCAA COMPLIANCE
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Athletic Compliance program is dedicated to the advancement of the University's commitment to the highest standards of ethical behavior and strict adherence to the letter and spirit of NCAA and ACC rules. Because compliance is a shared responsibility, the athletic compliance program will maintain constant interaction with coaches, student-athletes, athletic and institutional staff members, alumni and friends to inform and educate in order to assist in attaining our educational and competitive goals by fostering a commitment to and climate of compliance.Â
The University of North Carolina is firmly committed to the principle of institutional control. In the conduct of our athletic program, it is our policy to adhere to all NCAA, Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) and University rules and regulations. It is the obligation and responsibility of all athletic department staff members to act within applicable rules and regulations at all times.
