Update: Tar Heels' UNC Volleyball Clinics

UPDATE: Carolina's Athletics will immediately suspend athletic related activities, including all competition, formal and organized practice, recruiting and participation in NCAA championships until further notice in accordance with the ACC's decision Thursday, March 12. Due to the ACC announcement and University policies, the upcoming spring volleyball clinics have been canceled. CHAPEL HILL – UNC Volleyball is hosting two clinics for high school girls on Sunday, Feb. 2 and Saturday, March 28 at UNC's Woollen Gym and Carmichael Arena.

This is an opportunity to receive instruction/training with the UNC coaching staff in a smaller clinic environment. Each clinic is limited to 30 campers on a first come basis.

This is an ADVANCED level clinic for girls, grades 8 to 12, for experienced players (varsity and club) where we provide training sessions and a glimpse of what a college student-athlete's practice involves. Participants will also meet the UNC Volleyball coaches and team, with one meal included.

WINTER CLINIC, Grades 8-12
When: Feb. 2, 2020 – 12:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.
Where: Woollen Gym
Registration: 11:45 AM, located at the NORTH entrance to Carmichael Arena (310 South Rd. Chapel Hill)
Cost: $50 – includes registration fee and a light meal (payment, cash or check, due at registration)

SPRING CLINIC, Grades 8-12
When: March 28, 2020 – 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Where: Carmichael Arena - Home of Carolina Volleyball
Registration: 3 p.m., located at the NORTH entrance to Carmichael Arena (310 South Rd. Chapel Hill)
Note: The UNC volleyball team will be competing in spring scrimmages from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Carmichael Arena on March 28. The scrimmages are free and open to the public.
Cost: $50 – includes registration fee and a light meal (payment, cash or check, due at registration)

Reserve your space by completing the online registration form. Once your form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email reserving your space in the clinic.

All participants must submit the RELEASE/WAIVER FORM which will be emailed to each participant. This form is required before any participation, and must be completed and brought to registration.

Insurance information must also be included on the form as well as a parent signature.
There will be certified athletic trainers on staff and will provide water during all sessions.

Per NCAA rules, all Sports Camps and Clinics conducted by the University of North Carolina, coaches and staff are open to all entrants.
Enrollment is limited only by age, grade level, gender, and if there are any particular position specific restrictions, and clinic/camp capacity.
