Series History
• UNC holds a 20-7-3 all-time series lead against Notre Dame.
• Although the Tar Heels hold a heavy advantage all-time, UNC is just 5-5-1 in Chapel Hill against the Fighting Irish.
• Last season, North Carolina and Notre Dame competed twice, once in the regular season and once in the ACC Tournament
• Each meeting was a 3-0 win for North Carolina. In the two combined meetings, Lotte Wubben-Moy scored three goals.

• Carolina has won 37 of its last 40 ACC regular season games. The last ACC loss came against Notre Dame on Oct. 14, 2016 (1-0).
• The Tar Heels are just one of two programs (Florida State being the other) that have played more than two matches in 2020 that are undefeated.
• After the Cardinals scored an early second half goal, the Tar Heels scored two goals in 10 minutes, and an another later, to cement their eighth win of the season.
• The 22 second deficient was the first time the Tar Heels have been behind in 2020.
• With a win against Notre Dame, UNC would complete the regular season unbeaten for the 17th time in program history and first since 2004.
• The Tar Heels boast a 383-28-15 all-time home record after defeating No. 3 Clemson 2-0.
• Junior Claudia Dickey established herself as one of college soccer's premier keepers in 2019 after ranking fourth in the country in goals against average (.323). The figure ranks as the eighth lowest in program history.
• So far in 2020, Dickey has allowed just three goals- off of a corner kick against Wake Forest, late-game goal at BC, and another at Lousiville.
• Dickey ranks tied for second in the country with five shutouts.
• The junior tops the ACC and ranks fourth in the NCAA in GAA (.375).
• Entering the 2020 season, the Tar Heels had to replace the production from Lotte Wubben-Moy, Alessia Russo and Lois Joel. Russo led the 2019 Tar Heels with 13 goals while Wubben-Moy netted six.
• The 2020 Tar Heels have been a diverse scoring bunch with nine different players scoring goals this season. Rachel Jones leads the squad with three, while Brianna Pinto ranks second with two. Sam Meza, Talia Dellaperuta, Izzy Brown, Hallie Klanke, Libby Moore, Isabel Cox, and Taylor Otto have all scored for UNC.
• New faces have emerged of late, with Sam Meza scoring her first career goal against Clemson on Oct. 1 while Dellapertua and Moore each scored their first goals against Syracuse on Thursday. Dellaperuta added a goal at BC. Meza netted her second at UL.
