Meet The Diamond Heels: Joey Lancellotti

Throughout the 2020 offseason, Carolina Baseball will highlight a student-athlete, taking fans behind the uniform.
This week will feature Joey Lancellotti, a senior from Bensalem, Pa.
Favorite Carolina Baseball memory:Â The dog pile after winning the NCAA Super Regional in front of our home crowd.
What is it like playing in Omaha:Â It was a dream come true. Any kid that grew up wanting to play college baseball dreamed of that moment.
Artist on Repeat:Â Tyler Booth, Matt Gorman and Luke Combs
What do you want to do after baseball:Â I want to raise a family somewhere on a lot of land or on the water.
Ideal batting practice group:Â Babe Ruth, Bryce Harper, Lou Gehrig, Pete Rose, Mike Trout
Why UNC:Â I grew up watching the Tar Heels play in Omaha and fell in love with how they played and the colors they wore.
Favorite place on campus:Â Bryson Field at Boshamer Stadium.
One thing learned in quarantine:Â I'm not very good at video games.
Favorite place to eat on Franklin Street: Might As Well Bar + Grill
