PFF PERFORMERS
• According to Pro Football Focus (PFF), Javonte Williams (84.1) and Myles Murphy (87.3) graded out as the best Tar Heel players in the game against Duke.
• Javonte Williams was selected for the PFF National Team of the Week for the third time this season. He continues to be the No. 1 rated Power 5 running back in the nation at 94.0.
• Javonte Williams leads the country with 54 avoided tackles - 14 more than any other player nationally - and 51 first downs.
• Dyami Brown leads the Atlantic Coast Conference with 95.1 receiving yards per game. His six receiving touchdowns tie him for the league lead.
• Carolina leads the ACC with 537.9 yards of total offense per game. The Tar Heels haven't led the league in that statistical category since the 1986 squad put up 436.0 yards per game. This 2020 team is on pace to smash the 2015 team that set a school record with 486.9 yards per game.
• UNC also leads the conference with a 175.4 passing efficiency.
JAVONTE > SYRACUSE
• Javonte Williams has more touchdowns (17) than Syracuse (15) has scored as a team in 2020. Florida State has 18.
• His 17 total TDs (14 rush, three receiving) are the most in the country and is now just four shy of the Carolina football record set by legendary running back Don McCauley, who scored 21 TDs in 1970.

• Michael Carter and Javonte Williams are the only pair of teammates nationally to average more than 100 yards rushing per game. The two have combined to average 214.3 yards per game on the ground this season.
• Williams and Carter have also combined to post 55 rushes this season over 10 or more yards. Williams leads the country with 30, while Carter is fourth with 25. For the season, one in every four attempts this season by these two backs have resulted in 10+ yards.
CONVERTING ON OFFENSE
• Carolina is second in the ACC to Notre Dame in third-down conversions at 48.8 percent.
• The Tar Heels also sit second in the league in touchdown percentage in the red zone at 72.7 percent, trailing only NC State (74.1%).
DUKE DOMINATION
• Carolina had 573 total yards of offense against Duke, the fifth-straight game going over 500 yards for the first time in at least 50 years, dating back to available records that begin in 1971.
• 2020 is the second season Carolina has ever scored 50 or more points twice against ACC opponents. UNC has registered 56 points against Virginia Tech and Duke. 2015 was the other season it occurred.
• The 56 points scored were the second most ever away from home against Duke.
• Carolina's 42 points in the first half were the most in a half against a Power 5 team since scoring 52 first-half points against Duke on Nov. 18, 2000.
• Carolina has scored 40 or more points in each of its last three games and six times in the last 10 games dating back to last season.
• UNC scored a touchdown on its opening drive for the sixth time in seven games.
• Javonte Williams became the first Tar Heel to score four touchdowns in a game since Hakeem Nicks against Boston College in 2008. The four first-half TDs tied Kelvin Bryant (ECU, 1981) for the most in program history for a half.
• Williams became the first ACC player in the last 20 seasons with 150+ rushing yards, 3 rushing TD and a receiving TD in a game.
• The defense had five sacks, led by Chris Collins with two. Dae Dae Hollins picked off his first career pass, Khadry Jackson and Jeremiah Gemmel each forced a fumble and Chazz Surratt scooped up one of those forced fumbles and had a team-high 12 tackles.
