Carolina Selected #18 In Preseason AP Poll

Carolina football was selected No. 18 in the preseason AP Top 25 Poll released on Monday.
The Tar Heels earn a preseason national ranking for the first time since 2016 when UNC began that season No. 17.
Carolina was picked No. 19 in the preseason Amway Coaches Poll that was announced earlier in the month.
UNC is scheduled to open the 2020 campaign at home against Syracuse on Saturday, Sept. 12.
