Carolina Releases 2021 Women’s Golf Schedule

CHAPEL HILL – North Carolina head women's golf coach Jan Mann is pleased to announce the 2021 competition schedule.
For the second consecutive year, the Tar Heels open their spring slate at the Moon Golf Invitational Feb. 14-16, hosted by Louisville in Melbourne, Fla. Carolina placed fourth in the 2020 event, with sophomore Kayla Smith highlighting the returners with a top-15 finish.
Carolina travels to the Palmetto State for three-straight tournaments, beginning with the Palmetto Spring Invitational in Charleston, S.C. The College of Charleston will serve as host for the tournament Feb. 21-22. Up next, UNC heads to South Carolina's Gamecock Intercollegiate March 1-3 in Columbia, S.C.
Following a weekend off, North Carolina wraps up its time in South Carolina March 15-16 at the Brair Creek Invitational at Kiawah Island, S.C. The Tar Heels won the 2018 tournament, their most recent trip to the event.
Carolina returns to the Triangle on March 20 for the Big Four Challenge, hosted by NC State in Raleigh, N.C. The Tar Heels conclude the regular season in Charlottesville, Virginia at Virginia's Cavalier Match Play, April 6-7.
Carolina begins the post season at the ACC Championship April 15-18 in Greensboro, N.C. Sedgefield Country Club will serve as host for the 10th time in league history.
Following the ACC Championship, the NCAA Regional tournaments will be hosted by LSU, Ohio State, Louisville and Stanford May 10-12. The NCAA Championship will take place May 21-26 at the Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Ariz.
