Cernoch & Kiger Fall In Round Of 16 At ITA All-American Championship

TULSA, OKLA.—University of North Carolina seniors Brian Cernoch and Mac Kiger lost their match Thursday in the doubles main draw round of 16 at the ITA All-American Championships, hosted by the University of Tulsa.
Sven Lah and Finn Bass of Baylor defeated Cernoch and Kiger, 6-3, 6-2, on Thursday afternoon.
Earlier in the day on Thursday morning, Cernoch lost in the singles main draw to Stefan Dostanic of USC, 6-4, 6-0.
Cernoch and Kiger had advanced to the round of 16 over third-seeded David Stevenson and Oscar Cutting of Memphis, 7-5, 7-6 (4) on Wednesday afternoon.
