• North Carolina enters the spring slate as ACC regular season Co-Champions after an 11-0-0 finish in the regular season.
• The Tar Heels beat Virginia Tech (1-0) and Virginia (2-0) in the tournament before falling to Florida State in the ACC Championship.
• North Carolina had three players drafted in the 2021 NWSL draft. Racing Louisville selected Emily Fox with the first overall pick and Taylor Otto with the 11th selection, while Sky Blue FC drafted Brianna Pinto third overall.
• Fox and Otto will journey to the professional ranks while Brianna Pinto will compete for the Tar Heels this spring.

• UNC enters Saturday with an all-time record of 882-77-41.
