Wrestling Ready For Collegiate Duals Saturday

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The 25th-ranked North Carolina wrestling team travels to the Music City this weekend, taking part in the 2024 Collegiate Wrestling Duals.Â

• The Tar Heels return to the event for the second time in the last three seasons, squaring off with Penn State, Cornell and Central Michigan in 2022.Â
• On Saturday, Carolina steps on the mat against No. 5 Ohio State (3 PM ET), No. 13 Iowa State (5 PM ET) and Lock Haven (7 PM ET).Â

• Saturday halts a 26-day break for the Tar Heels, last competing on November 25 against Greensboro College and Illinois.Â
• In the opener against the Pride, Carolina had nine victories in the match, four falls, two technical falls, one major decision, one decision and a forfeit, en route to a 47-3 win.Â
