CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The Carolina volleyball team secured its second sweep and win of the season on Saturday night, overpowering College of Charleston in three sets (25-13, 25-10, 25-20) in Carmichael Arena. The Tar Heels were in control of the match from beginning to end, trailing just once in the first two sets alone.

Graduate outsider hitter Emani Foster led the way for Carolina offensively with a match-high 19 kills, matching the most she's recorded as a Tar Heel, on a career-best .667 hitting percentage.

Sophomore setter Zoe Behrendt quarterbacked the Tar Heel offense with 24 assists, while having a breakout defensive performance with a career-best 13 digs. It is her third career double double.

Carolina posted a .362 hitting percentage as a team, while holding College of Charleston to just a .025 clip.

The Tar Heels won the service battle 6-1, led by a pair of aces from sophomore outside hitter Safi Hampton.

Carolina will attempt to keep their winning streak alive as they face off against Western Carolina in Carmichael Arena on Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m.
