Women’s Soccer Continues Road Swing At SMU

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – No. 23 University of North Carolina women's soccer (9-5, 3-3 ACC) will travel south to Dallas, Texas for a matchup with SMU (8-5-2, 2-3-2 ACC) Friday evening. The Tar Heels and Mustangs are set for a 7 p.m. ET kickoff on ACCNX.

- UNC and SMU will meet for the first time in 19 seasons and first as members of the Atlantic Coast Conference.
- The Tar Heels are 10-0 all time against the Mustangs.
- Friday's match will be the ninth meeting between the teams in Dallas. UNC boasts a nine-game winning streak on the road against SMU.
- The Tar Heels last traveled to Dallas in 2006 where they picked up a 3-0 shutout win.
