MBB Hosts Winston-Salem State Wednesday To Conclude Preseason

CHAPEL HILL, N.C.—The 25th-ranked North Carolina men's basketball team will host Winston-Salem State on Wednesday night in its final preseason tuneup of before next week's 2025-26 regular season opener.
Tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m. in the Smith Center in Chapel Hill. A live stream will be available on ACC Network Extra, and tickets are available here.
Last weekend, the Tar Heels dropped a tight, 78-76 preseason decision to No. 8 BYU in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Carolina will open the 2025-26 regular season on Monday night November 3 at 7 p.m. in the Smith Center against Central Arkansas before hosting Kansas on Friday November 7.
UNC will play its first five contests at home between November 3 and 18 before heading to Florida during Thanksgiving week for its first games away from Chapel Hill.
