Tar Heels Sign Maximo Adams

Maximo Adams, a forward from Northridge, Calif., has signed an athletic scholarship agreement to attend the University of North Carolina and join the men's basketball program next season.
Adams attends Sierra Canyon High School in Chatsworth, Calif., where he plays for Coach Andre Chevalier.
"We are thrilled to have Maximo join the UNC family," says Carolina head coach Hubert Davis. "Maximo can score in a variety of ways, rebound and defend multiple positions. His elite versatility on both ends of the floor was exactly what we wanted and needed."
