Duffy, Pierce Named Team Impact Teammate Of The Year Winner

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The North Carolina men's lacrosse duo of Owen Duffy and Grant Pierce, as well as men's lacrosse teammate Noah, have been named Team Impact's Teammate of the Year winner, the organization announced Wednesday morning.
Team IMPACT's unique multiyear program signs children facing serious illness and disabilities onto college athletic teams across the country. Based on a clinical model,Team IMPACT guides a symbiotic relationship between teams and children focused on socialization, empowerment, and resilience, ensuring everyone involved has the personalized game plan they need to win–effectively building confidence and independence. Founded in 2011, Team IMPACT has matched more than 3,00 0children with 750+ colleges and universities in all 50 states
