A four-year player at tight end, defensive end and h-back • A two-time all-conference performer • Posted 150 tackles, 20 sacks, 40 TFL and 11 forced fumbles, while collecting 300 receiving yards and a TD during his prep career • Earned All-Northwest North Carolina as a senior • Tabbed team lineman MVP and co-defensive MVP • Helped his team to a playoff berth • Tallied 65 tackles, 10 sacks and five forced fumbles • Claimed team defensive MVP honors as a junior • Recorded 63 tackles and six forced fumbles • Also helped the basketball team to a conference championship as a junior • Played lacrosse as a sophomore and junior and helped them win two conference championships • A four-year A/B Honor Roll student • Earned R.J.
