September 29 vs. Idaho - Military Appreciation Day
- Pre game festivities will include the Golden Knights parachute team and a Military fly over
- Several special Military recognitions throughout the game
- Marching Tar Heel halftime performance honoring all military personnel
- Purchase Military Appreciation Day t-shirts (photo attached) on GoHeels.com, in Chapel Hill Sportswear on Franklin St. or in Kenan on game day and Chapel Hill Sportswear and the Carolina Athletics Department will donate $2 back to the UNC ROTC program.

- The home debut of the new Carolina Football white helmet with white jerseys and pants
- All fans encouraged to wear white and help "White Out" Kenan Stadium
