A four-year starter that played both ways at linebacker and tight end • Two-time team captain • Two-time all-conference selection and a two-time runner-up as the conference defensive player of the year • Career totals of 421 tackles (12.8 tackles/game), 27 TFL, five INTs, five forced fumbles and seven TDs (five receiving, two INT returns) • Had 200 tackles during junior season and added 110 tackles as a senior • Recipient of Athletic Director’s Award of Excellence and the Jaguar Leadership Award • National Technical Honor Society member • Also participated in lacrosse and track & field • Coached by Ken Lathan.
