2002: Was one of seven true freshmen to see action • Played in all 12 games primarily on special teams and also at cornerback • Made his first career start in the season-ending 23-21 win over Duke • Played a season-high 50 snaps in that game • Finished the year with 18 tackles, including 13 solo stops and five assists • Made at least one tackle in all but two games • Had a season-high six tackles, including five solo tackles, and two pass breakups at Florida State • Made two tackles against Maryland, Clemson and Duke • Played an average of 18 snaps per game.
