Played linebacker, fullback and was on most special teams at Providence • Ranked the No. 32 player in North Carolina by SuperPrep • Two-time first-team all-state and all-conference selection • Had 96 tackles, four sacks, 26 tackles for losses as a senior • Bronko Nagurski High School Award nominee • Played three different defensive positions as a senior • Considered an outstanding blocker as a fullback • Had 57 rushes for 374 yards, an average of 6.5 yards per carry • Registered 111 tackles, 14 sacks, 18 tackles for losses at outside linebacker as a junior • Also plays basketball and track and has competed in boxing • Coached by Keith Flynn.
