Played for Coach Tommy Norwood. Led Ragsdale High School to an 11-2 record. Rushed for 946 yards and eight touchdowns at tailback. Also had seven receptions for 145 yards and two scores. Had one kickoff return for a touchdown. Made 127 tackles and had three interceptions and three fumble recoveries as a senior. All-conference selection and the conference’s defensive MVP. Played in the Shrine Bowl. Transferred from Annandale, Va. (Annandale High School). Also competes in basketball and track, where he was fifth in the state in the 300 hurdles.
