2004 - Junior Season
 Named first-team All-ACC by ESPN.com  Earned second-team All-ACC honors by ACSMA  Played over 500 snaps and did not allow a sack  Graded out over 80 percent in all but one game  Had a season-high grade of 91 percent against William & Mary  Had a grade of 89 percent at Utah and 85 vs. Miami  Helped Carolina finish second in the league in total offense and yards per carry. 
2003 - Sophomore Season
 Played in all 12 games and was the Tar Heels' top backup at left guard  Was sixth among Carolina's offensive linemen with a total of 472 snaps  Played a season-high 49 snaps at NC State  Averaged 39 snaps per game. 
2002 - Freshman Season
 One of seven true freshmen to see action  Did not play in the first seven games of the year, but started the final five games  Started at right guard against Wake Forest, Maryland and Clemson and started at left guard against Florida State and Duke  Played 277 snaps, an average of 55 snaps per game  Played a season-high 65 snaps vs. Maryland and at Florida State.
