Played four years of varsity football, three at Porter-Gaud School in his hometown of Charleston, S.C. and one at IMG Academy • Tallied 249 total tackles, five sacks and 38.5 TFL over his three prep seasons • Posted 19 tackles, a sack and 2.5 TFL in six games at IMG as a senior • Recorded 125 tackles, three sacks and 24 TFL as a junior at Porter-Gaud • Racked up 105 tackles, a sack, and 12 TFL as a sophomore • Also competed in basketball and track and field as a prepster • Was a member of the National Honor Society • Coached by Kevin Wright at IMG and Rick Reetz at Porter-Gaud.
