Enrolled in January 2003 after playing three seasons at East Tennessee State University Came to Carolina after ETSU eliminated its football program following the 2003 season Although he was a three-year starting linebacker at ETSU, Brumett switched to tight end during UNC's spring practice and is expected to see significant playing time this fall Earned "Iron Ram" status in the offseason conditioning program this spring.
2003: Junior season (ETSU)

2002: Sophomore season (ETSU)
