2014 - Junior Season
Saw action in all 13 games and made two starts • Started in wins over Liberty and San Diego State • Made his first career start against Liberty in the season opener, playing on 60 snaps and posting six knockdown blocks as the Tar Heels scored a season-high 56 points • Had six knockdowns against the Aztecs in week two • Also plays on special teams.

2013 - Sophomore Season
Appeared in 10 games on the offensive line and on special teams • Graded out at 88 percent against Old Dominion • Made his first appearance as a Tar Heel against Middle Tennessee, recording two knockdown blocks in five snaps.

Before Carolina
Signed with Carolina in May, 2013 • Played as a true freshman at Eastern Arizona College • Earned all-conference honors in 2012 at Eastern Arizona • Can play either guard or center • NCAA academic qualifier out of Southern Alamance High School before attending Hargrave Military Academy in 2011 • Spent the following spring at Iowa Western before transferring to Eastern Arizona.
