2024 (Graduate): Appeared in all 14 games, earning the start 12 times during the 2024 campaign • Finished the year with eight goals and four assists • Scored a goal in six games • Had two goals each against Wagner (3/12) and High Point (3/23) • Scored a goal in ranked home wins over Penn (3/3) and Duke (4/27) • Dished out an assist in four games • Recorded two points against Wagner (3/12), High Point (3/23) and Duke (4/27) • Collected two ground balls in the ACC opener at Virginia (4/6) • Voted a team captain prior to the season for the second-straight year
2023 (Senior): Started in all 14 games during the 2023 season • Finished third on the team with 21 goals • Was second on the Tar Heels with 15 assists and 36 points during the campaign • Had two goals and an assist in the season opening win against Mercer (2/10) • Scored three goals and added an assist in the ACC opener at Syracuse (2/25) • Posted a season best five points in the win against Brown (3/11) • Found the back of the net a season-high four times against Dartmouth (3/19) • Had a streak of nine multi-point games during the season • Added a season best four assists in the neutral site matchup with Syracuse (4/15) • Had four groundballs in the ranked road victory at Johns Hopkins (2/14) • Posted a caused turnover in four contests • Voted a team captain prior to the season
2022 (Junior): Compiled 21 goals, nine assists, and 30 points at attack for the Tar Heels • On the defensive side, he picked up nine ground balls and caused two turnovers • Played in all 14 games and started 11 • Scored two or more goals in nine games • Notched two goals and an assist in wins over Colgate and Johns Hopkins • Scored three goals and collected two assists in a 17-16 win over Denver • Earned his second hat trick of the year against Bellarmine • Scored two goals and collected a season-high three assists in against Syracuse
2021 (Sophomore): Finished the season with 12 points on 10 goals and two assists as well as 26 shots with 19 on goal • Collected an assist and the game-winning goal against Syracuse • Scored two goals against Duke • Had a career-high four goals against Rutgers in the NCAA Tournament • Notched one goal against Virginia in the Final Four of the NCAA Tournament • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll
2020 (Freshman): Finished his first season with six points on two goals and four assists as well as seven shots with five on goal • Opened his collegiate career with two goals against Colgate • Had three assists at Furman and one against Bryant • Also saw game action against Lafayette and on the road at Johns Hopkins and Denver • Remainder of season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.

Personal: Lance Robert Tillman is the son of Keith and Susan Tillman • Born September 25 in Denver, Colo. • Has four older siblings – two sisters, Ashly and Kelsey, and two brothers, Kevin and Thomas • Plans to major in business administration.
