2022 (5th Year Senior): Saw action in 12 games and started 11 • Named a 2021-22 team captain • Collected two ground balls against High Point (3/20) • Notched two ground balls versus Duke (4/2) • Earned two ground balls against Notre Dame (4/21)
2021 (Senior): Started in all 16 games, picking up 16 ground balls and causing eight turnovers with one assist • Dished out an assist and notched two ground balls in the season opener against Denver • Collected a season-high three ground balls versus Virginia
2020 (Junior): Appeared in all seven games • Opened the season with two ground balls against Colgate • Scored his first goal of the season versus Lafayette • Picked up a ground ball in each of the last three contests at Denver, at Furman and versus Bryant with a career-high two caused turnovers at Furman • Remainder of season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2019 (Sophomore): Did not appear in games during the 2019 season.
2018 (Freshman): Had a standout freshman campaign, playing in 13 games • Had three goals and three assists • Had a goal and an assist versus Mercer • Also scored against Lafayette and Hostra • Added single assists versus Lehigh and Virginia.
Prep: Attended the Brunswick School in Greenwich, Conn., from 2013-17 • Was coached in lacrosse there by David Bruce • Captured first-team All-New England honors on two occasions • Was captain of lacrosse and football teams his senior year • Led lacrosse team to #4 ranking in the nation in 2017 • The squad also won the New England championship his senior season • At the club level, he played for coaches Andy Towers and Jamie Hanford at Eclipse Lacrosse • Participated in many community service opportunities throughout high school • Two-time honor roll student in high school.
Personal: Sean Joseph Morris is the son of Brian and Sarah Morris • Born July 22 in Stamford, Conn. • Has one younger sister, Ryan, and one younger brother, Nolan • Majoring in sports administration with a minor in history.
