JUNIOR SEASON (2022-23)
Saw action in three games (vs. The Citadel, Clemson and versus Boston College in the ACC Tournament • Earned the 2022-23 Athletic Director’s Scholar-Athlete Award for men’s basketball • Made the ACC Academic Honor Roll and NABC Honors Court for outstanding grade point average • Inducted into Phi Beta Kappa in 2023.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2021-22)
Appeared in three games after joining the team as a former junior varsity player • Made the ACC Academic Honor Roll and NABC Honors Court for outstanding grade point average • ACC Academic Honor Roll for grade point average.

PREP
Attended Greensboro Day School and the North Carolina School of Science and Math in Durham • Played for Coach Freddy Johnson at GDS and Levon Barnes at NCSSM • Played for club team the NC Spartans • Also competed for four years on the high school golf teams • Led GDS to the North Carolina Independent Schools 3-A state championship in 2017 • Also helped GDS upset IMG Academy in the Dick’s Sporting Good national tournament • Averaged better than 16 points in each of his last three high school seasons.

Robert Morris Landry is the son of Anne and Pearce Landry • Born August 4, 2000, in Charlotte • Played on the UNC junior varsity team as a freshman in 2019-20 • His father played for the Tar Heels from 1993-95 and was captain of the team that won the NCAA South Regional and played in the Final Four in 1995 • Scholarship recipient in the Kenan-Flagler Business School • Earned a perfect score on the ACT • National Merit Award finalist • Took a gap semester in the spring of 2021 to gain experience in biotechnology • Double-majoring in business administration and chemistry (BS with a biochemistry concentration) • Enrolled in the UNC academic honors program.
