Nick Sagraves

Nick Sagraves, a former equipment manager for the National Lacrosse League’s Georgia Swarm, is in his first year as the director of operations for the North Carolina men’s lacrosse program.
Prior to Carolina, Sagraves spent four years with the Swarm after joining the organization in 2015 during which time he oversaw the logistics for player equipment, team practices, field preparations and youth development camps. For two of those four years, Sagraves also served as Regional Director for Thunder LB3 Lacrosse. As regional director, he coordinated team practice schedules while designing and implementing various youth development camp curriculums across the club teams.
Sagraves has a multitude of experiences working in youth development at each stage in his post-collegiate career. On top of his responsibilities with the Swarm and with Thunder LB3 Lacrosse, the Winterville, N.C. spent four years as the coach of Centennial High School’s varsity and junior varsity men’s lacrosse programs and two years as an instructor at The 411 Brand, expanding the game and teaching stick stills to at-risk elementary school children in the Atlanta area.
During his collegiate career, Sagraves interned with the LB3 Lacrosse Club in Greensboro, N.C. and also served as a camp counselor for three summers at Duke University.
Sagraves graduated from Greensboro College where he was a member of the Pride’s men’s lacrosse program. He captained the team his senior season in 2015 and was the recipient of the Academic Scholarship award and Academic All-Conference honors.
