Vincent Culpepper, a 2015 graduate of Indiana University, joined the University of North Carolina men's lacrosse staff as Director of Lacrosse Operations in the fall of 2022.
A veteran coach in men's lacrosse, Culpepper comes to Chapel Hill after developing and launching the first Division III men's lacrosse program at Cairn University, where he served as the head coach.
Culpepper graduated from Indiana with a B.A. in Liberal Studies with a minor in Kinesiology Coaching. A second-team all-conference defensive midfielder for the Hoosiers' lacrosse program, Culpepper also was a member of Indiana's DII men's club hockey team.
He has also served as the defensive coordinator at Wabash College and served as associate head coach at Xenia High School prior to his work at Cairn.
