General: In his second season, he will be looking to continue his incredible rate of production in improved minutes...a top flight addition to the Carolina midfield corps in 2004...also versatile enough to play in the attack...has great size and should be a force to contend with for opposing defenses.
2004 Season: Playing in only two games, he was one of the most productive Tar Heels on the field...netted two goals on two shots and added one ground ball in the win over UMBC...also played against Limestone...a hard worker on the practice field and in the classroom...member of the 2003-04 ACC Academic Honor Roll.
Prep: Graduated in May 2003 from Severna Park High School...played four years of lacrosse there as a midfielder and four years of football as a running back and inside linebacker...was named to the first-team All-County squad by the coaches organization and was tapped second-team All-County by the Annapolis Capital in lacrosse...a two-year captain of the football team...named first-team All-County by the Annapolis Capital and the Washington Post...was also tapped for honorable mention All-State honors...won Male in Motion Athlete Award as a prepster...also copped the George Roberts Award as 2003 Student-Athlete of the Year...National Honor Society member.
