2020 (Junior): Saw action in all seven games, ending the season with two goals, four ground balls and two caused turnovers • Closed out the season with a career-high two goals for a career-best two points as well as one caused turnover against Bryant • Picked up two ground balls against Colgate, one at Johns Hopkins and one at Furman • Remainder of season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2019 (Sophomore): Appeared in all 15 games of the season, totaling two points with two goals on six shots for the season • Picked up nine ground balls and caused seven turnovers • Opened the season with three ground balls at Mercer • Caused two turnovers and had one ground ball against Furman • Scored first goal of his career against Harvard • Added a ground ball versus Johns Hopkins • Tallied one shot and one ground ball against Denver • Picked up a ground ball against Marist • Took two shots for one goal against Cleveland State • Took one shot and caused two turnovers against Syracuse • Closed the regular season with a ground ball and a caused turnover against Notre Dame • Picked up a ground ball against Syracuse in the first round of the ACC tournament • Took one shot against Virginia in the ACC Semifinal game.
2018 (Freshman): Played in eight games as a freshman, seeing action in each of the first eight contests of the season • Had two ground balls and a caused turnover • Had a ground ball against St. John’s and a ground ball and caused turnover against Hofstra • Took his only shot of the season against Mercer.
Prep: Attended Highland Park High School from 2014-17 • Was coached on the lacrosse team there by Derek Thomson • Also played football • Was a two-time All-District honoree in lacrosse as a junior and senior and All-District selection as a receiver in football in those same two years • served as captain of lacrosse team • Played on state championship football team as a senior and a state title-winning lacrosse team as a sophomore • Led his high school lacrosse team to four district championships and his high school football team to three district crowns • Member of player committee for football squad • Adrenaline All-America selection • Played club lacrosse for C2C team coached by John Marano.
Personal: Randall Parker Alexander is the son of Randy and Kimberly Alexander • Born July 21 in Dallas, Texas where his family still lives • Has one younger brother, Paxton • Double major in history and management & society • Active in community service in high school where he graduated from the Young Men’s Service League.
