Jordan Conner joined the University of North Carolina Olympic Sports Strength and Conditioning staff in January of 2019. She is directly responsible for all aspects of training the softball, women's golf, gymnastics, women’s tennis, and cross country programs.
Prior to UNC, Conner served as Strength and Conditioning Assistant at North Carolina State University for two years. While at NCSU, she specifically trained the softball, men’s and women’s golf, and rifle programs. Before arriving at NC State she also served at the University of Georgia, Athens Academy, and Lagrange College as a Strength and Conditioning Intern.
A native of Hawkinsville, Georgia, Conner earned her M.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Georgia. In addition she earned a B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in Coaching from Lagrange College. She currently holds the SCCC certification through the CSCCa as well as the CSCS certification through the NSCA.
She lives in Holly Springs with her fiancé Kenny.
