Florida State Hosts No. 9 North Carolina

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP)--Ninth-ranked North Carolina looks for its ninth victory when it meets Florida State on Saturday.
North Carolina (8-1) is coming off an 86-68 win over Atlantic Coast Conference foe Georgia Tech on Thursday.
Nikki Teasley scored 16 of her 24 points in the second half and Laquanda arksdakle added 17 points for the Tar Heels.
Teasley went 8-for-11 from the floor, including 5-for-8 on 3-pointers, and had six assists and four steals without a turnover in 33 minutes.
Florida State (2-3) lost to No. 16 Duke, 91-72, on Wednesday. Latavia Coleman led the Lady Seminoles with 18 points and Jen Robinson had 15.
Florida State will need to improve on its 35-percent shooting from the field against North Carolina. Trailing just 33-29 with over two minutes left in the half, the Seminoles went cold as Duke sparked a 13-4 run before halftime.
