Carolina used a balanced scoring attack and great second-half defense to defeat Clemson, 92-65 at the Smith Center on Wednesday evening. Carolina won its 11th straight and improved to 4-0 in the Atlantic Coast Conference. Joseph Forte led Carolina with 14 points, while Brendan Haywood added 11 points, five rebounds and six blocks.

Clemson missed 16 of its first 20 shots in the second half and shot just 38.7 percent for the game.
