Jackson, Gosier To Play In USILA North-South Game

BALTIMORE, MD. - Senior midfielders Pat Jackson and Tim Gosier of the University of North Carolina men's lacrosse team have been selected to play this Saturday in the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association's annual North-South All-Star Game.
Jackson and Gosier will represent the South Team.
The NCAA Division I North-South Game will be played this Saturday at 3 p.m. at Homewood Field on the campus of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md.
Jackson and Gosier both had their best seasons as Tar Heels this year as each recorded career highs in goals scored and points.
A native of Baltimore, Jackson scored 16 goals and had six assists for 22 points. He had the team's second-highest shooting percentage, scoring on .320 percent of his shot attempts.
Gosier, a Roxbury, Mass. native, had 16 goals this season to go along with 16 ground balls. He started all 13 games for the Tar Heels in 2002 as Carolina finished the season 8-5.
