Last Monday night there was no Roy Williams LIVE from the Spice Street Restaurant in Chapel Hill's University Mall. That's because the Tar Heels were in Charlotte posting a 91-68 victory over Davidson. Tonight the head coach will be back at Spice Street between 7-8 P.M., taking your calls and questions about the team's 3-0 record and its growing list of injuries.
Carolina has been without David Noel since a practice injury during the pre-season. He isn't expected back until early January. Now Jackie Manuel will be sidelined for 10-14 days after straining his knee in the first half at Cleveland State. Then yesterday in practice Jawad Williams bruised his hip and is now questionable for tomorrow's night game in Greensboro against Illinois.
Coach Williams will update his latest MASH report and discuss the possible addition of freshman football standout Jesse Holley to the basketball roster.
