Home Opener With UNC Wilmington Moved To 3 p.m. Start

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - The University of North Carolina softball team has moved its home opener game with UNC Wilmington back one hour from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. The softball doubleheader will be played at the UNC Softball Complex. UNCheads into the game with a 3-3 record, while UNCW enters with a mark of 1-2.
Carolina will travel to Columbus, Ga., for the Leadoff Classic Friday, Feb. 21-Sunday, Feb. 23. The tournament will host 24 ranked teams including defending national champion the University of California.
