MATT DOHERTY LIVE Closes Out the Season

Tuesday between 7-8 p.m. should be a fun time to be at the new Spice Street Restaurant in Chapel Hill's University Mall. That's when Matt Doherty, whose Tar Heels have reached the quarterfinals of the National Invitation Tournament, will be doing this season's final installment of his weekly radio call-in show.
Normally heard on Thursday evenings during the regular season, the show shifted to Monday nights during the post-season, but the Monday night home game against Wyoming caused Tar Heel Sports Marketing, which produces the weekly Q&A between the coach and Carolina fans, to move this week's show to Tuesday.
Although seating is limited, fans are invited to attend the show in-person. Those in the restaurant can ask questions of the coach, but most of his time is spent taking calls from the fans listening via the network or the internet. The toll free number is 1-866-TAR HEEL.
Immediately after "Matt Doherty Live", Woody Durham will be joined by Mick Mixon, Phil Ford and Stephen Gates for "March Monday Madness". They'll spend the time between 8-9 p.m. talking about the various ACC teams, both men and women, still involved in post-season play.
