All Carolina fans are encouraged to continue to "Turn it Blue" this Saturday in the Smith Center. More and more fans are wearing blue, and it contributed significantly to the atmosphere in the Smith Center for last week's dramatic win over UConn. So remember to wear your Carolina Blue as the Heels take on Virginia at 12 noon!

This promotion should fuel the already potent Carolina school spirit, plus maximize home court/field advantage. Coach Roy Williams is a major proponent of this campaign and feels strongly about the message it sends.

"I think this is a great idea for our fans to be conscious of wearing Carolina Blue to all games," says Williams. "It will look great and if the fans continue to be very enthusiastic for us, it will really be a tremendous help to our team. I hope all fans will 'Turn it Blue'."
