CHAPEL HILL, N.C. (AP) - Camille Little scored a season-high 24 points and La'Tangela Atkinson added 19 for second-ranked North Carolina in an 89-51 victory Wednesday night over Wofford.
Both went 3-for-3 from beyond the arc for their first 3-pointers of the season and career highs for treys in a game. Reserve Erlana Larkins added 12 points for the Tar Heels (6-0).
The Tar Heels forced Wofford into a season-high 31 turnovers and led by as many as 43 points at 80-37 with 8:19 to play.
Nakia Mister had 11 points for Wofford (2-4), which lost for the third straight time.
Atkinson was 7-for-7 from the floor and had six assists in 20 minutes. Little went 5-for-6 from the field before North Carolina's starters left with 10 minutes to play.
Little made three of her first four shots, including both her 3-point tries, to score 14 points in the first half. North Carolina forced Wofford into 21 first-half turnovers and led 47-27 at the break.
The Tar Heels outrebounded Wofford 43-29.
It was the widest margin of defeat this season for Wofford, coached by former North Carolina team manager Edgar Farmer. The Terriers opened this season by winning their first outing under Farmer to break a 44-game losing streak.
