Tickets on Sale for ECU Tourney through Friday

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - North Carolina baseball fans hoping to catch the Tar Heels in action at East Carolina's Keith LeClair Classic, which is set for March 4-6, will have until 5 p.m. Friday to purchase tickets from the UNC Athletic Ticket Office.
Carolina can call 1-800-722-4335 or (919) 962-2296 to purchase a $35, three-day pass to the event, which will include nine games. In addition to seventh-ranked North Carolina and host East Carolina, No. 8 Georgia, No. 12 Arizona State and Big Ten Conference rivals Michigan and Ohio State are set to compete in the opening event at newly-constructed Clark-LeClair Stadium in Greenville.
ECU is expecting a capacity crowd, as this is their first event in their new stadium, so few tickets are expected to be available on game day. Tickets purchased through the UNC Athletic Ticket Office are expected to be located in sections 201 and 202, which are behind the visitor team bench.
The Tar Heels schedule for the event is as follows:
Friday, March 4 - vs. Arizona State, 5 p.m.
Saturday, March 5 - vs. Ohio State, 2 p.m.
Sunday, March 6 - vs. Michigan, 1 p.m.
The start of the 2005 season is less than a week away, as Carolina opens against Appalachian State Wednesday, February 16.
