North Carolina point guard Raymond Felton averaged 15.5 points, 8.5 assists and 4.5 rebounds as the second-ranked Tar Heels posted ACC road wins at NC State and Maryland. The Latta, S.C., product led all scorers with 21 points and had seven assists and five rebounds in a 81-71 win at NC State Tuesday night. The 6-1, 198-pound junior turned in his fifth "double-double" of the year, and tenth for his career, with a 10-point and 10-assist effort in Sunday's 85-83 win at Maryland. On the week, Felton had a 4.3-to-1 assists to turnover ratio.
