Carolina will face Villanova in the Sweet 16 in the Syracuse Regional on Friday, March 25th, at approximately 10 p.m. in the Carrier Dome in Syracuse, N.Y.
NC State will face Wisconsin in the other Syracuse Regional semifinal. The two winners will play on Sunday to advance to the Final Four in St. Louis on April 2 and 4.
Orders for tickets will be taken on March 21st only, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. by calling the Athletic Ticket Office at 800-722-4335, or 919-962-2296, or The Rams Club at 919-843-2000. Orders will be taken from members with 1,500 points or more, and limited to four tickets. In the event demand exceeds supply, some orders may only be filled for two tickets. If the request has to be reduced, the donor will be contacted by 8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 22nd. Carolina will receive 1,250 tickets for the regional, 500 in the lower level and 750 in the second level.
Tickets for the three games are $90, plus a $6 handling fee on the order. Tickets may be picked up at the Windham Syracuse Hotel on Friday, March 25th in the Executive Board Room from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and at the Carrier Dome, beginning two hours prior to the first game on Friday. The address of the hotel is 6301 Route 298 East in East Syracuse.The hotel telephone number is 315-432-0200. Donors are urged to pick up their tickets at the hotel, rather than the Carrier Dome, to avoid long lines at the will-call facilities at the Carrier Dome.
"Long-Range" tickets, located in the third level, are on sale for the Syracuse regional, and can be bought by calling 888-366-3849, between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or by visiting www.dometix.com
