Carolina's 2005 national champions will be honored at halftime of Saturday's football game against Wisconsin. Fans will have another chance to celebrate the title throughout the game by purchasing their own copy of Led By Their Dreams, the commemorative book that will go on sale for the first time ever at Saturday's game. A limited amount of copies will be available inside Gate 2 (North Side) of Kenan Stadium only until the end of the first quarter plus a special sales point at Tar Heel Town. Both those sales points will also have copies of Team Carolina, the behind-the-scenes season-in-review DVD, available for purchase.
The books, which were produced in a coffee table format and include a CD containing the full Tar Heel Sports Network broadcast of the championship game against Illinois, are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The only method of payment accepted will be cash. Books cost $32 apiece including sales tax.
For fans who can't attend the game, books can be ordered online through the TarHeelBlue.com store. Preordered copies will begin shipping next week.
