MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. --- North Carolina (11-0) will play its first true road game of the season Monday when the Tar Heels face Coastal Carolina at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center at 6 p.m. UNC will follow that with a 7:30 p.m. matchup with St. John's on Wednesday. Carolina has won 11 straight to open the season for the second year in a row and the sixth time in school history after defeating South Carolina State 92-42 Saturday afternoon. The Tar Heels are ranked No. 2 in the nation in both polls for the sixth straight week. Coastal Carolina is 5-3 after falling to UNC Greensboro Saturday, while St. John's is 3-7 after losing at Boston University on Sunday afternoon.

COASTAL CAROLINA SERIES NOTES
• North Carolina is 9-0 all-time against Coastal Carolina, with seven of the nine wins coming in Chapel Hill. The two teams have met each of the last two years, with Carolina winning 94-52 in 2004 and 98-41 in 2005.
