CHAPEL HILL --- North Carolina (21-0) concludes a three-game homestand Sunday when the Tar Heels host NC State at 2 p.m. at Carmichael Auditorium. Carolina has won 21 straight to open the season for the second year in a row after defeating Georgia Tech 78-31 on Thursday night. The Tar Heels are ranked No. 2 in the nation in both polls for the 11th straight week. NC State is 13-6 after falling to Duke 65-51 on Thursday.

• North Carolina is 33-48 all-time against NC State, including an 18-16 mark in Chapel Hill.
• The Tar Heels won all three meetings last year - 65-53 in Raleigh, 75-58 in Chapel Hill and 90-69 in the ACC Tournament.
• NC State's last win in the series came during the 2003-04 season, when the Wolfpack won 62-54 in Chapel Hill.
• UNC has won six straight in the series, its longest such streak. NC State won 19 in a row from 1976-1981.
