GREENSBORO, N.C. --- North Carolina senior Anna Evans was named to the 30-member All-Atlantic Coast Conference Academic Team, the league office announced Friday. Evans, a four-year starter for the Tar Heels, is a two-time honoree and helped lead UNC to the NCAA Tournament for the fourth year in a row.

Evans graduated with degrees in exercise and sport science and biology after attending UNC on a Morehead Scholarship, the university's most prestigious merit-based award. In her four seasons in Chapel Hill, Evans helped Carolina to a combined record of 176-91.
