Matt Baker Signs With Saints

Former North Carolina quarterback Matt Baker has signed a free agent contract with the New Orleans Saints. Baker was on Dallas' practice squad all of last season, but was released on July 26, just a few days into preseason camp. He will compete for the No. 3 quarterback spot.
