Vince Carter, New Jersey Nets- Has started 26 of 30 games and is averaging 21.6 ppg, 5.3 rpg, and 4.8 apg in just over 38 mpg. He is 19th in the NBA in scoring and 20th in minutes. Carter has a season-high in points of 32 in three different games, and has scored 30 or more in six games. The Nets are 18-17 and are sixth in the East.
Raymond Felton, Charlotte Bobcats- Has started 33 of 34 games and is averaging 14.3 ppg, 2.7 rpg, and 6.8 apg in 37 mpg. He is 13th in the NBA in assists, and has had five games with 10 or more assists. Felton has a season-high in points of 27, and has a season-high in assists of 12 in three different games. The Bobcats are 13-21 and are 13th in the East after winning two straight against the Nets and Celtics.
Brendan Haywood, Washington Wizards- Has started 32 games and is averaging 10.6 ppg, 8.1 rpg, and 1.81 blocks per game in 27.5 mpg. He is 15th in the NBA in blocks and has blocked five shots in five different games. Haywood has recorded 12 double-doubles thus far- ranking 26th in the NBA. He has a season-high in points at 20 and in rebounds at 16. The Wizards are 17-16 and are fourth in the East.
Antawn Jamison, Washington Wizards- Has started all 33 games and is averaging 21.6 ppg, 10.6 rpg, and 1.5 apg in just over 39 mpg. He is 19th in the NBA in scoring with Vince Carter, eighth in rebounding, 11th in minutes, and sixth in double-doubles with 21. He's on pace to break his previous career-high in rebounds of 9.3 rpg set in the `05-`06 season. He has a season-high in points at 41 and in rebounds at 16.
Sean May, Charlotte Bobcats- Will miss the entire 2007-08 season after undergoing microfracture surgery on his right knee. Tar Heel teammate McCants experienced the same surgery last season.
Rashad McCants, Minnesota Timberwolves- Has started 14 of 30 games and is averaging 15.1 ppg, 2.8 rpg, and 2.1 apg in 27 mpg. In his past three games, he's averaging 27.3 ppg. He is 18th in the NBA in made three-pointers with 62, while shooting 41.3% from behind the arc. His season-high in points is at 34. The Timberwolves are 5-29 and are in last in the West.
Jeff McInnis, Charlotte Bobcats- Has started eight of 34 games, including the last seven. He's averaging 4.1 ppg, 1.7 rpg, and 4.0 apg in close to 24.5 mpg. The team is 3-4 in the past seven games with McInnis in the starting lineup.
David Noel, Milwaukee Bucks- Has not seen any game action this year. He recently underwent right wrist surgery in early December and will be out 4-6 weeks.
Jerry Stackhouse, Dallas Mavericks- Has started two of 33 games and is averaging 10.3 ppg, 2.6 rpg, and 2.7 apg in just over 25 mpg. He has a season-high in points of 23. The Mavericks have won five games in a row and are second in the West at 24-11.
Rasheed Wallace, Detroit Pistons- Has started 33 of 34 games and is averaging 13.1 ppg, 7.4 rpg, and 1.9 apg in 31.5 mpg. He has six double-doubles on the year and has a season-high in points of 36 and in rebounds of 15. The Pistons are 27-9 and are second in the East after defeating the Spurs last night behind 23 points and 15 rebounds from Wallace.
Marvin Williams, Atlanta Hawks- Has started 31 games and is averaging 16.5 ppg, 5.7 rpg, and 1.9 apg in 36 mpg. He's been in double-figures in scoring in every game but one and has a season-high in points of 26 and in rebounds of 12. Williams is the team's third-leading scorer and rebounder. The Hawks are 16-16 and are seventh in the East.
Brandan Wright, Golden State Warriors- Has started one of 14 games and is averaging 2.9 ppg, 2.4 rpg, and 0.3 apg in near 7.5 mpg. Wright saw his most extensive action in a mid-December game against the Pistons when he played 16.5 minutes and had 10 points and four rebounds. In his latest game, he had six points and six rebounds in 16 minutes in a loss to the Blazers. The Warriors are 20-16 and are eighth in the West.
